Your Agreement with kkdk

By registering an account on kkdk, accessing the website at kkdk.io, or using any service made available through the platform — including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, slot games, and payment services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") in their entirety, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Your acceptance of these Terms is a condition precedent to your use of kkdk. Continued use of the platform after any revision to these Terms constitutes ongoing acceptance of the updated version. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. kkdk will endeavour to notify registered players of material changes via the email address associated with their account, but such notification is a courtesy and not a legal obligation.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any translation being provided for convenience, the English version shall prevail in all cases of ambiguity or conflict.

To register and maintain an account on kkdk, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. kkdk does not accept registrations from persons under 21. If we have reason to believe a player is under 21, we will suspend the account and request proof of age documentation immediately.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities and automated registrations are not permitted.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not expressly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain whether your use of kkdk is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method.
• You must not already hold an existing kkdk account. Each person is entitled to maintain only one account. Holding multiple accounts is a material breach of these Terms.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order or cooling-off period currently in effect on the kkdk platform.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any other person or entity when registering or placing wagers.

kkdk reserves the right to request identity verification documents ("KYC documentation") at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued national ID, passport, or utility bill for proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by kkdk may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kkdk account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. kkdk will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

You agree to notify kkdk immediately via our support channels if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, or if your credentials have been compromised. kkdk will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, freeze the account pending resolution. However, kkdk cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access that resulted from your failure to maintain adequate security over your credentials.

kkdk implements 256-bit SSL encryption across all platform connections and employs continuous fraud monitoring to detect suspicious activity. We may, at our sole discretion, temporarily lock an account for security review without prior notice if anomalous activity is detected. During such a review, deposits and withdrawals may be suspended until the review is complete.

• Use a strong, unique password that is not shared with other online services.
• Enable OTP-based two-factor authentication where available in your account settings.
• Log out of the platform completely when using a shared or public device.
• Never click on links in unsolicited messages claiming to be from kkdk — always navigate directly to kkdk.io.

kkdk supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). kkdk does not accept deposits in foreign currencies without prior written approval from our payments team.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your kkdk wallet instantly upon confirmation from the relevant payment service provider. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 across all supported payment channels. kkdk does not charge a processing fee on deposits; however, your payment service provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which kkdk bears no responsibility.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within 1 to 4 hours for bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one business day. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. The maximum single withdrawal amount and daily limits are as specified in your account dashboard and may vary based on account verification status and payment method.

• Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, up to the amount deposited via that method. This is an anti-money-laundering requirement and is non-negotiable.
• kkdk reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals or withdrawals above a specified threshold.
• kkdk will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts in names other than the registered player's name, or anonymous payment methods.
• In the event of a technical error resulting in an incorrect balance being credited to your account, kkdk reserves the right to reverse such credits without notice.
• Bonus funds are subject to separate wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn — see Clause 5 for full details.

kkdk offers welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and seasonal promotional offers to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer at the time of activation. In the event of any conflict between a bonus-specific term and these general Terms, the bonus-specific term prevails.

Unless the specific bonus terms state otherwise, the following general bonus rules apply across all kkdk promotions:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "playthrough" or "rollover" requirement) before any resulting winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated in the individual bonus terms.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino games may contribute at a lower rate. Check the individual promotion page for contribution percentages.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements expire within the time period stated in the bonus terms. Expired bonus funds are removed from your account without compensation.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active on your account at a time unless explicitly permitted by the promotion terms.
• Abuse Prevention: kkdk monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing opposing bets across accounts to guarantee a profit, or using automated or scripted play. Any such behaviour results in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus-related winnings.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible players only. Players who have previously self-excluded or are currently subject to account restrictions are not eligible to claim bonuses.

kkdk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already claimed a bonus prior to modification will be subject to the terms in effect at the time of claiming.

All sports bets and casino wagers placed on kkdk are subject to the specific rules applicable to that product category. By placing a bet or wager, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable rules. kkdk publishes detailed game rules within the platform interface and game lobby.

Sports Betting: All sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for international cricket, BCB for BPL). In the event of an abandoned, postponed, or cancelled event, kkdk's settlement rules for that sport apply and are published in the sports betting help section. kkdk reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly erroneous odds.

Casino & Slot Games: All casino and slot games are provided by certified third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates on independently audited random number generation (RNG) software. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are as stated by the game provider. kkdk does not modify RTP settings. In the event of a game malfunction, all affected bets are voided and stakes returned.

• Bets cannot be cancelled or modified after they have been confirmed and accepted by the system.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits per game are displayed within the game interface and may vary by game, account tier, and promotional period.
• kkdk reserves the right to limit bet sizes for any player at its sole discretion, with or without explanation.
• Live betting markets may be suspended at any time without notice — bets placed before suspension remain valid; bets placed after suspension are void.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kkdk platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of pending withdrawals, and forfeiture of account balances where legally permissible:

• Registering more than one account on the kkdk platform, whether using the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using the platform on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your account.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, match-fixing, or use of software tools (bots, scripts, automated programmes) to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or loopholes in the platform. Any winnings derived from exploiting a known or unknown software error are void.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, financial crime, or unlawful activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing kkdk staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to circumvent any security, verification, or access-control measure implemented by kkdk.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is expressly prohibited, using VPNs or proxy services to disguise your true location.

kkdk reserves the right to report any prohibited conduct that constitutes a criminal offence to the relevant law enforcement authorities. We cooperate fully with any legitimate law enforcement request for account information.

kkdk is deeply committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We recognise that for some individuals, gambling can become a problem, and we take our duty of care seriously. • Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limits take effect immediately once activated. Increases to existing limits are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the kkdk platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to: reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the platform without the prior written consent of kkdk.

Game content, including graphics, audio, and gameplay mechanics, is owned by the respective game providers (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others) and is subject to their own intellectual property rights. Any unauthorised use of game content is a breach of the rights of the game provider and may constitute copyright infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kkdk, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security.
• Interruption or unavailability of the platform due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond kkdk's reasonable control.
• Errors in odds, game results, or account balances that are corrected by kkdk in accordance with these Terms.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information published on the platform, including game guides, betting tips, or promotional material.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment service providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any banking institution.

kkdk's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms, regardless of the nature of the claim, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to the platform in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

kkdk collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at kkdk.io/privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration and account use — including name, date of birth, contact details, payment method information, and transaction history — is used for: account management and verification, fraud detection and AML compliance, customer support, and where you have opted in, the delivery of promotional communications.

kkdk does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with trusted third-party service providers (including payment processors and game providers) strictly as necessary to deliver the services you have requested. All data processing agreements with third parties require compliance with applicable data protection standards.

kkdk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, kkdk will use reasonable endeavours to notify registered players via the email address on file. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date.

Your continued use of the kkdk platform after the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the revised Terms take effect. kkdk will process any pending withdrawals associated with a closed account in accordance with these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising between you and kkdk in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. Contact our support team at the details provided in Clause 14 to initiate this process.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days of the initial complaint being submitted in writing, either party may escalate the matter for resolution by a mutually agreed arbitration process. The language of any arbitration proceedings shall be English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive or other interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect their rights pending resolution of a dispute.
